What we collect

BIGAN is designed to collect only the information needed to operate the service:

• Account information you provide (email, name, professional role, experience level)
• Subscription and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider)
• Content you create within BIGAN — your conversations, generated documents, saved bookmarks
• Basic usage analytics in anonymized or de-identified form to improve the product

How we use it

We use your information to deliver the service, personalize responses to your role and experience, process subscription payments, and continuously improve BIGAN. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for cross-platform tracking.

How we work with AI providers

BIGAN's AI responses are generated using Anthropic's Claude API. Your messages and relevant context are transmitted to Anthropic for the sole purpose of generating responses to your questions. Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models.

What we do not do

• We do not train AI models on your conversations or uploads
• We do not store GxP records or act as a regulatory record system
• We do not share your conversations with your employer or third parties
• We do not sell your data, ever

Your rights

You will have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal information at any time. The full Privacy Policy will detail these rights and how to exercise them under applicable laws including GDPR and CCPA.

Sensitive content guidance

BIGAN is designed for personal professional use. We recommend that you do not paste GxP records, patient information, or company-confidential content into BIGAN — the same caution you would apply to any cloud-based AI tool.
